Exogen/Early Anagen - In this stage the Telogen hair falls out, and Anagen hairs are newly formed through the follicle.

Age:Hair grows at its fastest between the ages of 15 and 30.

So how can you speed up hair growth and reverse hair loss? Bearing in mind that shedding is all part of the natural hair growth cycle, in order to regrow hair it’s important to extend the length of time that your hair is in it’s growing phase and reduce the length of time that your hair is in the shedding or resting phase. Massage your scalp using the "checkmark" method. Spread your fingers, and then place your fingertips on the scalp. Avoid using using your fingernails as this could scratch your scalp. Keeping fingertips on the scalp at all times, extend and contract the fingers two to three times; similar to the shape of a checkmark. You can also massage in simple circular motions, across the entire scalp,alternating fingertips around different areas of the scalp. I’m doing about one circle per second. And it’s a good idea to concentrate on areas that you think may be thinning or have unhealthy hair.
HOT TOWEL METHOD Next up is the hot towel method. Run a small towel under hot water, placing it on the scalp and massaging around the hairline: Remember to move your fingers around the scalp, covering all areas. But do also remember to focus on areas experiencing hair loss, such as the scalp and hair line PALM MASSAGE: Another method to try is placing your palms on the sides of your head and gently massaging up and down, gently and slowly: to the count of ten. Then move over to the back of the head, massaging up and down - one, three, four five. Remember to apply gentle but firm pressure. Then move onto the crown, again one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Then we move to the top of the head, again to the count of ten Then repeat on your forehead to the count of ten. Anothervery effective way to stimulate hair growth is the tapping method of massage, Tapping Massage So we’ll start off at the temples. Place your fingertips here and start tapping gently but in a relatively fast rhythm, again to the count of ten. Then we move on to the back of the head, tapping to the count of ten. Then on the crown, to the count of ten And the top of the head, to the count of ten. And to the forehead, again to the count of ten. Massage helps to boost circulation at the scalp, encouraging blood flow and helping to bring minerals and vitamins to the scalp. A healthy, nourished scalp is the best environment for healthy, normal hair growth. Last up, Warm up your hands by rubbing them together for ten seconds, Then interlacing your fingers, place them across the back of your head, and rub across your scalp up and down for ten seconds. Repeat on the crown for ten seconds. And then move to the top of your head for ten seconds. Then again on your forehead, You’ll really notice the benefits of scalp massages within one month of performing the scalp massage once or twice per day.
