KaleKale is a superfood, rich in VitaminA,K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese is mostly known for eye health. The high amount of vitamin C in kale helps builds collagen which is needed for hair health, growth and strength
Vitamin C also helps against free radicals
Free radicals are in essence, unpaired electrons, they float around your body attacking it, causing all sorts of damage, including hair loss and scalp damage, so by loading up on antioxidants your protecting against this potential damage,
Also a deficiency in vitamin C can lead to hair loss or excessive hair shedding.
Kale is also great if you're following a diet that controls your diabetes.
mangos are rich in Vitamin E, which improves circulation in the scalp. When you've got healthy circulation and the bloods flowing all the lovely vitamins in the foods you're eating everyday, get to your scalp, nourishing your scalp, and hair and promoting hair growth.
