Kale

Kale is a superfood, rich in VitaminA,K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese is mostly known for eye health. The high amount of vitamin C in kale helps builds collagen which is needed for hair health, growth and strength
Vitamin C also helps against free radicals

Free radicals are in essence, unpaired electrons, they float around your body attacking it, causing all sorts of damage, including hair loss and scalp damage, so by loading up on antioxidants your protecting against this potential damage,

Also a deficiency in vitamin C can lead to hair loss or excessive hair shedding.

Kale is also great if you're following a diet that controls your diabetes.

Mangos

mangos are rich in Vitamin E, which improves circulation in the scalp. When you've got healthy circulation and the bloods flowing all the lovely vitamins in the foods you're eating everyday, get to your scalp, nourishing your scalp, and hair and promoting hair growth.

Just like Kale, mango is high in
Vitamin C, which promotes collagen production.

And Vitamin A, which naturally conditions your scalp, for stronger, shinier hair.

Kiwi

Kiwi is full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium.
The vitamins present in kiwi helps in nourishing your scalp and improving the blood circulation,

Some researchers believe that kiwi can even prevent premature greying. Kiwi is also great in fighting hair loss and preventing dandruff in the scalp

Zinc helps to facilitating hair growth along with tissue repair. It maintains oil glands and provides nourishment to the new hair follicles

Oats

Oats are rich in iron, fiber, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which stimulate hair growth, making it thick and healthy

Spinach

Spinach likes choca block with folate, iron, and vitamins A and C, all of which may promote hair growth (11). Vitamin A helps the skin glands produce sebum. ... Spinach is also a great plant-based source of iron, which is essential for hair growth.

In my next smoothie you will need!

  • Oats
  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Papaya
  • Pineapple

Oats are high in Polyunsaturated fatty acids, B vitamins all great for hair growth!

strawberries encourages iron absorption and encourages better hair growth. A lack of vitamin C leads to brittle hair and dandruff. The fruit also has a compound called silica that prevent alopaecia. Folic acid, vitamins B5 and B6

Pineapple - pineapples are rich in Vitamin C and Antioxidants
